Usually all of the insulation has to be removed and new insulation has to be installed. We use commercial grade HEPA filter vacuums, Microban and Saniguard brand germicidal cleaners and foggers to ensure that the attic is clean and disinfected. True HEPA air-cleaners are used and plastic sheeting is laid down under the attic entrance for maintaining a clean living environment. Homeowners insurance often covers raccoon and bat damage done in attics. We work with you and the insurance companies to make sure that you get what is covered by your insurance policy. We have worked with regional and national insurance companies to get payments for bat and raccoon damaged properties.
